At W. Stonewall Music Group we strive to provide our clients with the best online services possible. However, we understand that circumstances can arise that require our clients to cancel or reschedule their appointments. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of the appointment fee.

Refund Policy: If a client cancels an appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, we will issue a full refund of any payment made. If a client cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fails to show up for their appointment, we will not issue a refund.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy: In the case of extenuating circumstances, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial or full refund. Such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
